What's included in the Free plan?+
1 project, 20 transactions/month, manual entry, custom categories, and the full dashboard — no time limit, no credit card. It's a real plan, not a demo.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?+
Pro and Max both include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is never touched.
What happens if I exceed Free plan limits?+
You get a soft warning at 80% and 100% of your monthly transaction limit. We never auto-charge — you choose to upgrade or wait for next month.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?+
Pro covers the core freelance workflow: AI receipt scanning, splitting shared costs across projects, invoicing with PDF and open-tracking, budgets, and recurring transactions. Max adds Gmail/Outlook receipt import, time tracking with profit-per-hour, custom invoice branding, multi-currency, mileage tracking, and the weekly AI profit summary. See the full checklist above.

Can I export my data?+
Yes, any time, on Pro and Max — CSV and Excel on Pro, plus PDF reports on Max. Splits are broken out per project (not lossily aggregated), so the export is clean to hand to an accountant or import into QuickBooks/Xero.
Do you support multiple currencies?+
Max supports 23 currencies with live exchange-rate conversion, so you can invoice in one currency and report in another.
Is my financial data secure?+
Yes — the app runs on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security, so your data is only ever queryable by your own account. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Do you have a mobile app?+
Not yet — Hustlay today is a responsive web app that works well on a phone browser. Native iOS/Android apps are planned after we have more users, not before.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, no contract. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing period — no cancellation fees.
