What's in the Free plan?
One project, 20 transactions a month, the dashboard with year-over-year badges, custom categories and date filters. No card, no expiry.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Yes — 14 days of Pro or Max, no credit card. If you do nothing, you drop back to Free; nothing is deleted.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro is the working freelancer's plan: splitting, invoicing, receipts, budgets, exports. Max adds the automation and time layer: email receipt import, time tracking with profit per hour, tags, multi-currency, SaaS MRR view and the weekly AI summary.
What happens if I exceed the Free limits?
You can still see everything. Adding the 21st transaction of the month asks you to upgrade — it never deletes or hides data.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the period. Cancel in Settings, no email required.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing is about 33% cheaper. The first 50 accounts also got Pro free for a year — if spots are left you'll see the banner above.
Which currencies can I use?
Report in any of 23 currencies; log transactions in their original currency on Max and Hustlay converts at the live rate while keeping the original amount.
Is my data safe, and can I export it?
Your rows are protected by row-level security in Postgres and receipts live in private buckets. Export CSV, Excel or PDF any time — on every plan that has exports, and we'll never hold your data hostage.
